Service Description
Creative Suites by Posterity is also available to rent by professional photographers and content creators. Bring your own camera and use our professionally designed indoor studio conveniently located in downtown Grosse Pointe. Studio rental includes access to: • Professional studio space • Available backdrop system • Selection of studio backdrops • Basic props and furniture • Professional studio lighting • Changing/private preparation area • Wi-Fi • Client seating area Rental Time Your rental begins and ends at the exact time reserved. Setup, shooting, client changes, cleanup and removal of belongings must all take place within your scheduled time. If you or your client arrives late, the session must still end at the original reservation time. Additional time cannot be guaranteed because another client or photographer may be scheduled immediately afterward. If extra time is available, it may be added at the current hourly rate with studio approval. All personal belongings, equipment, props, wardrobe and trash must be removed before your rental ends. Furniture, props, backdrops and studio equipment should be returned to their original location. Please leave the studio in the same general condition and order in which you found it. Photographers are responsible for any studio equipment they use and are expected to handle all equipment, furniture, props and backdrops with care. Photographer is also responsible for the actions of their clients, assistants and guests. Any damage caused by the photographer or their clients may be charged to the renter, including damage to equipment, furniture, backdrops, walls, floors, props or other studio property. Clients & Guests Photographers are responsible for supervising their clients and guests while using the studio. Children must be supervised at all times. Please keep noise and activity respectful of other businesses and clients in the building. Special Materials: Confetti, glitter, paint, smoke, liquids, open flames, cake smashes or other materials that may create a mess or damage the studio require advance approval. Personal Property: Creative Suites by Posterity is not responsible for cameras, lenses, computers, props, clothing or other personal belongings brought into the studio. Agreement: By reserving Creative Suites by Posterity, the photographer agrees to follow these policies and accepts responsibility for the conduct of their clients and guests.
Cancellation Policy
We want every session at Creative Suites by Posterity to feel relaxed, organized and enjoyable. These policies help us reserve studio time, prepare sets and equipment, and provide the best possible experience for every client. By booking a session, clients agree to the policies below. Payment for sessions are required in full to reserve date and time. Clients may reschedule one time with at least 48hr notice, and payment will transfer to the new appointment. Rescheduled sessions must be made within 60 days, subject to availability. Bookings are non-refundable. No-shows and cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are not eligible for a refund. Children and pets must be supervised at all times by a parent or legal guardian. Pets must be well-behaved and remain on a leash at all times and be supervised when not being photographed. Pets must remain under the owner's control and should be leashed or contained when not being photographed. Owners are responsible for damage caused by their pets. Props and backdrops change frequently and are subject to availability. Clients may bring their own props if they wish. Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your session and be ready to start at your scheduled time slot. If you arrive late, your photography time may be shortened so the next appointment can begin on time. Clients are responsible for their own clothing and accessories unless otherwise stated. Please arrive with clothing clean, pressed and ready to photograph. The number of outfit changes depends on the session package selected. Hair and makeup should be completed before the session begins. No additional time can be added in the event more time is needed per session for outfit or makeup changes. If you need more time for outfit changes or makeup, please select a session with a longer time window. Photography Style & Image Selection Clients are welcome to share inspiration images, but we cannot guarantee exact duplication of another photographer's pose, lighting, set or editing style. Your photographer may take many photographs during your session, but not every image will be delivered. Your package will specify how many edited digital images are included. Finished photographs will generally be delivered within approximately 7–14 business days. Delivery may take longer during holidays or high-volume periods. Clients should download their photographs as soon as they are delivered. We do not store photographs in our system.
